Say hello to Forky, our new chatbot.
We’ve trained Forky on over 5000 tech support emails, all of our manuals, and everything in the knowledgebase of our website. He’s also multilingual.
But it’s still very much a work in progress and we need to test Forky with some real questions to make sure the answers are accurate.
Please ask some questions and see how it goes, we’ll be checking the activity logs and correcting any errors, so it will become better over time.
[btw we worked out that it’s taken 864 hours to answer those 5000 emails!]
