Ordering information for EU Customers

EU customers are able to order via the website.

We do not charge EU tax/VAT on our website sales. The tax is instead payable when the order is imported into the EU.

Personal customers

Import VAT at around 20% is payable, plus a courier administration fee (about €15).

This payment will be requested by the postal service / courier before parcel delivery.

Business customers

EU business customers must provide their EORI number, this is mandatory on the commercial invoice required by customs.

The EORI (Economic Operators Registration and Identification) number is an EU VAT number. It is required for a business to import any goods from outside the EU.

In most EU countries the EORI number is based on the VAT number, and the process to apply for it is straightforward, and the application takes a few days to be processed.

You can check whether your EORI number is valid by clicking this link.

Import VAT at around 20% is payable, plus a courier administration fee (about €15). It may be that business can reclaim or defer the import VAT payment, depending on the business tax rules in your country.

We unfortunately cannot accept orders for delivery to company addresses without an EORI number, as customs will not let the parcel through.

If you prefer to order within the EU, one of our distributors may be able to help – please see the distributor list.
