Use with non listed items

Introduction

Secure checkouts are designed for use with shopping baskets and it is therefore generally difficult to use them unless you are buying something from the shopping cart. However there are occasions when customers wish to pay for something that is not listed in the on-site price-list. This page describes how to pass the checkout with an 'empty' basket, so you may still use the secure server to pass your address and credit card details to us.

Checking out with an empty cart

1. Go to the price list
2. Click on 'UnListed Product' (item 2). This will take you to the Shopping Cart page.
3. Click on 'Check out now': the button is link is at in the centre below the form.
4. If all is OK on the next page click on 'Enter Secure Mode' and wait for the next page.
5. Enter your Address and contact details.
6. Click on OK: the button at the bottom.
7. Click on 'Enter card details'.
8. Click on 'OK' to go to the final page.
9. Use the 'Special requests' section to enter your order details, preferably formatted as described below (but that's entirely optional!).
10. Click on OK: the button at the bottom, when you have finished.

Order format

As long as the 'Special requests' bit is human readable, it does not have to be in a special format. However - it will help us if you can format your order so it can be processed automatically. You can only do this if you know the order code of the item you require, but you will probably have contacted us by email so should have been quoted this.

Items required should be one per line, with the order code in inverted commas, then 3 commas and then the quantity required. So the order might look this:
