Introduction

It was our intention to prepare service manuals for most of the 4QD products. However there are very few customers who are able to use the information, so the first manual (NCC controllers) is likely to be the last owing to lack of demand!

Some of this information already exists in the public areas of 4QD's www sites. However, that information is aimed at helping the user fix simple faults that he has caused. The additional information in the service manuals is aimed at service engineers trying to repair controllers and is therefore much more detailed.
