HHO generation involves using the vehicles's battery and generator to drive an electrolysis system. This hydrogen/oxygen mixture is then added to the fuel supply.
It is claimed that this saves fuel.
However - if it were to save fuel, then it would be a successful perpetual motion machine. The generator uses power derived from the fuel to charge the battery, so you are using fuel to generate electricity to cause electrolysis to save fuel.
We all know perpetual motion machines are not possible. So any claim that HHO generation saves fuel can be nothing more than a confidence trick. It cannot possibly work.
That said, you are of course free to try it and 4QD make several motor controllers that should be quite suitable for PWM electrolysis from 12v (or 24v)
