12v is a difficult voltage if high current is required. So 4QD will generally only supply controllers suitable for lower currents. See our FAQ sheet for reasons why 12v operation is often not sensible.

You can usually run 12v motors from 24v when a speed controller is being used. See 12v Motors on 24v
