Two models are available;
| SMR-102 | Board only |
| SMR-122 | Boxed |
The SMR is a Single channel, Microprocessor, Radio control Interfaces for general purpose Radio-Control applications. It provides proportional motor speed control with an active failsafe system. The units are used extensively in high-power radio-control applications utilising 4QD‘s 4QD, Pro and NCC motor speed controllers.
The mechanical layout of the SMR-102 board allows it to be plugged directly into the input connectors of the NCC series controllers.
For other controllers the boxed version, SMR-122, should be used.
Features include proportional control of a single channel with an output resolution of 64 states over the full stick displacement. Switched output mode for use in applications requiring a Radio-Control Switch. An on-board signal validation routine and a failsafe system give stable operation and "power-down" of the output in the event of transmission loss or hardware failure. The interface has an optically isolated input for maximum reliability.
The two versions of the interface are:

We will possibly be able to issue instructions for use with our new Programmable-150 controller. Please ask.
It is possible that other controllers may be used but the interface is not designed for use with them so instructions are not provided.
